Tip: if you’d like to connect with us, do so well before an assignment is due! In order for us to best support you, more complex questions will require an office hours appointment.

How To Get Help:
Depending on how complex your question is, email is a great resource for quick questions that aren’t answered at procomtechnology.ca. Send a note to email@example.com with any quick questions, we typically respond in 24 hours or less.
Drop-in technology office hours
Drop-in office hours are the perfect opportunity for you to ask us quick (+/- 5 minutes) questions that don’t require much preparation. For more complex issues, we ask that you schedule an appointment so that we can look through your work with you.

Attend an office hour appointment anywhere using the TeamViewer remote support client. TeamViewer allows for support by one computer viewing and controlling the actions of another. Download the software here and connect with us to set up a remote session. You will be provided with an access code that will allow us to connect and provide you with the help you need.
